The campaign team of Kennedy Ohene Agyapong, says it is focused on delivering a compelling message to delegates, not just celebrating the number one spot he drew on the ballot.

Speaking to journalists after the balloting exercise held at the NPP headquarters in Asylum Down,Accra, on Friday, October 10, campaign spokesperson Kwasi Kwarteng described the process as open, fair, and symbolic of good fortune for their camp.
“It was just five candidates. It was an open process, and the candidates had representatives who picked their own numbers,” Mr Kwarteng said.
While acknowledging the visibility advantage of being listed first on the ballot, Kwarteng emphasized that the team’s confidence stems from its message and strategy, not the number.
“We are not fixated on any number. But even after the balloting, number one gives us another advantage in terms of marketing, PR, and visibility on the ballot. These are legitimate factors we can acknowledge,” he said.
