The High Court in Accra has given the defense until three days before the next hearing to file a formal plea agreement in the case involving the non-consensual sharing of intimate images of Pastor Osofo Biblical.

The High Court in Accra has directed the legal teams in the case involving evangelist and media personality Patricia Asieduaa, popularly known as Nana Agradaa, to formally submit the terms of a proposed plea bargain ahead of the next hearing on December 16, 2025.
The Presiding Judge ordered that the agreement be filed no later than three clear days before the adjourned date, effectively setting a deadline of December 13 for the document to be presented to the court.
During Tuesday’s hearing (December 2), defense counsel indicated that negotiations with the Office of the Attorney-General over a potential plea deal were “far advanced,” prompting a request for a short adjournment to finalize the terms. The prosecution confirmed the involvement of the complainant, Pastor Emmanuel Appiah Fumum (Osofo Biblical), in the discussions.
The case stems from allegations that Nana Agradaa broadcast intimate images of the pastor on her television station and social media platforms without consent during a live program where panelists made derogatory comments. The act violates the Cybersecurity Act, 2020 (Act 1038), which criminalizes the non-consensual sharing of intimate images.
Nana Agradaa, who is currently serving a 15-year prison sentence in a separate fraud case, was present in court. Her lawyers also raised concerns over recent media interviews granted by Pastor Osofo Biblical, in which he allegedly commented on her condition in prison. The trial judge advised the prosecution to caution the complainant against making public statements while the case is sub judice.
The court also addressed procedural issues, ensuring proper service of hearing notices to all parties before the next session.
